Most probably you may be suffering from the aphthous ulcer
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your worry and concern; that most probably you may be suffering from the aphthous ulcer.
I would like to inform that aphthous ulcers are typically recurrent round or oval sores or ulcers inside the mouth. The exact reason why aphthous ulcers develop is not yet clearly defined.
If I were your treating doctor then I would like to suggest
1. Apply local anaesthetics such as benzocaine and lignocaine to reduce pain in affected area.
2. Antiseptic mouth washes to reduce the secondary infection.
3. Avoid spicy and hot beverages.
4. Dietary supplements of vitamins or minerals, if diet is deficient.
5. Apply local steroid gel to the affected area.
You will have to discuss these steps with your treating doctor for management and prescription.

It may be due to deficiency of some nutrients
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up query; and it suggests that recurrent mouth and tongue ulcer may be due to the deficiency of some nutrient.
I would like to suggest some tests to rule out the cause
1. Blood count, iron, B12, folate, vitamins and micronutrients studies
2. Gluten antibody tests for celiac disease.
3. Faecal calprotectin test for Crohn disease.
4. Swabs for microbiology evaluate the presence of Candida albicans, Herpes simplex virus and Vincent's organisms.
