Brief Answer:
please provide more information...

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I need more details about your problem. Please inform me about your symptoms during these two weeks and their progression. Important information include the following: fever, cough, phlegm production, wheezing, history of asthma or COPD, antibiotic use, contact with other patients, etc. You should include any relevant information of course...

Regarding OTC drugs there are not many more to use... I can't suggest anything though until you describe your problem in detail though.

If your problem is with persistent cough, which is a commonly encountered problem after respiratory tract infections then be assured that this is not serious in most cases. If it persists for more than two weeks antibiotic treatment might help. Wheezing would be a good reason to use bronchodilators. Inhaled ipratropium may help anyway.

I'll be glad to continue this discussion when you provide more details.

Kind Regards!
