Suggest Remedies For Persistent Dandruff

Need some further details regarding..
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern..
However there's a few more details needed so that I can guide you more specifically..
You've mentioned dandruff from past few months, so is this the first time it happened or their's previous history also ?
Is your head or any other adjacent area itchy ?
Is there any visible rash/skin discoloration/any scaly rash ?
Any other problems(any cough/cold/sore throat/runny nose/dry eye) ?
Any recent change of place/bathing water ?
Please get back to me with these details so that I can guide you better..
Meanwhile you must take regular bath with good anti-dandruff shampoo (containing Zinc pyrithione/salicyic acid) every day, and mix one small cup of normal white vinegar in two cups of XXXXXXX warm water and massage it thoroughly over your scalp after shampooing every time for the next one week, you should feel better..
Please try to remain well hydrated by drinking a lot of water, include green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits in your diet, avoid junk and sugary foods, it'll help you to get better faster..try not to use any used towel for drying, better to use fresh clean dry towel..
If despite these, there's no improvement after 6-7 days and /or there's any visible scaly rashes over the scalp/ adjacent head/neck area, then I'd suggest you to check in to your local Dermatologist as there may be a chance of fungal infection for which appropriate anti-fungal therapy(i.e. Ketoconazole shampoo etc.) is needed..
Let me know if there's any further queries..
Take Care
Kind Regards
