Question: Began with a headache. Then Diarrhea for 2 days. Today there is still diarrhea and now it feels like there is continual pressure and the need to urinate more often than usual.

I am so sorry to hear about this diarrhea. I will like to know how often you go to the toilet and the nature of the stool: Soft, liquid.....Is there blood or mucus in it, etc.
For now, drinking much water is recommended. Diarrhea never kills except when adequate fluids replacement is not done. So, drink as much fluids as possible.

Probably 3 times a day. Just soft. I feel really nauseated. And the urine pressure now is awful but not painful.

I'm urinating about every 2 hours, mainly pressure so it's very little. Maybe half a cup. It's clear. I was scared it could be a UTI but can't figure out how I could get it. I eat healthy - very little alcohol (glass of wine or a martini every few weeks), no cigarettes and no drugs.
