Question: Sir iam having neck pain for few days and feeling like swelling there is it thyroid?CAN U SUGGEST SOME MEDICINES

as you have suggested there is a swelling in your neck, and also as is evident from your pic, you need some blood tests to rule out thyroid nodule or thyroid dysfunction.
1. TSH
2. FT4
3. USG neck for thyroid.
meanwhile for neck pain you can take paracetamol 500 mg as and when required to a maximum of 3 per day.

I met a doctor here and confirmed he had given joyclav625 for 5 days is it good
