Brief Answer:
Acne; topical benzoyl peroxide gel and oral antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have read your question and I have noted your concern
You seem to have acne on torso which is quite a common site apart from face.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use benzoyl peroxide 5% gel (benzac AC 5% gel) twice daily on affected areas.
I would also suggest a Capsule of Doxycycline 100mg once daily at night for 4weeks
In adfition to topical and oral treatment you must also use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser Or soap e.g brevoxyl 4% creamy wash Or Aknaybar soap for bath, regularly, so as to prevent new acne lesions from erupting again.
Regards
