If the good bumps appear only for short times, and under a trigger, then it is just the normal way you react to these moments.
I don't think this is a side effect of the medicines. If this is something that has started to happen after you started the medicines, then maybe the medicines have made you more sensitive, but definitely not a side effect.
If these goose bumps last a lot, and appear without a trigger, then the answer changes. In this case you would need to do a neurological exam to make sure it is not something neurological. As you are describing it though, I don't think it is the case.
