Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image. You have moderate grade acne.
I suggest you to use Microbenz 3.5% gel(benzoyl peroxide) for day time application on acne. At night you may use Deriva CMS gel (adapalene+clidamycin) over the affected area.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g Cetaphil cleansing lotion.
Avoid using hair oil on scalp as it can spread on to forehead and cause pore to get clogged.
It is good that you eat healthy and I encourage you to continue doing the same.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Regarding acne
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Yes, oily hair products and oily scalp itself can cause acne on forehead. Avoid those. Though styling gels/ wet look gels are water based and can be used. Gels can be used if you want to keep your hair long but dont want hair to come in contact with the forehead (style them away from forehead!).
Keep your scalp clean. Use an antidandruff shampoo in case you also have dandruff. A hair cut would keep hair short enough to not come in contact with forehead.
For existing acne i suggest you to use the above medications.
