I will like to know if this is a recent observation or has always been this way. Let me know for how long this has been going on. Also, when you ejaculate, do you actually see the semen of you have no fluid come out through the penis? Is this during masturbation or even when you are having intercourse with a familiar partner?

About a month. Yes, I see semen. During intercourse.

You need to be sexually motivated during intercourse to feel these sensations. I am a bit concerned that there might be something making you unable to focus on the sexual encounter entirely. Without this, it is impossible to feel totally sexually involved and experience these sensations of excitement. Is there any major worry to you at this time? Work/sexual life, etc? You would need to let go of these worries in order to regain control and fully experience these sensations.
