Brief Answer:
Doesn't appear to be serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

From your symptoms, this appears to be more of a muscle or joint problem, possibly due to stress or postural issues.

As the chest x-ray was normal, this is probably not a lung problem. There is also no reason to think of heart problem. The gas issue is there but omeprazole should take care of it.

I think you can use local pain gels and hot fomentation if required.

Hope this helps.

Hi Doctor ,

Thanks for your reply.

I am having some neck , shoulder and back pain gor some last 1 week. Sometime chest pain also takes place in both the sides but it is continuing from last 1 month. Nonpain is continuous but sometimes it is coming. Some heaviness also there in chest.

Can it be lung cancer? Can the chest xray miss the early lung cancer possibilities? Can you please suggest?

Brief Answer:
Symptoms not suggestive of lung cancer

Detailed Answer:
This type of fleeting pain is not suggestive of lung cancer. You are a young patient of 28 years and lung cancer would be extremely rare in you.

Chest Xray can miss early cancer but at the same time, these symptoms are never present n early lung cancer. Early cancer either has no symptoms or has cough or blood in cough. Advanced lung cancer can have chest pain but that is picked up on Xrays.

Overall I don't see much cause for concern in you.
