Question : My wife has delivered a baby by C-Section, 4 weeks ago. Now she is having pus in her c-section stitches. She is using MegaHeal ointment.

Could you please suggest what should her use to get it heal quickly?

If it is a small wound with pus it will heal slowly. You can request doctor to send pus for culture and sensitivity test. You can take antibiotics as per report. This will heal wound faster.

If it's a large wound, it might need resuturing.
