Suggest Remedies For Rashes On Tongue And Difficulty In Swallowing
Question: My mother is 56 yrs old...she is facing some prblm regarding her tongue fr a couple of weak..der's smthng rashes lyk occurence in her tongue so she is unable to sallow her food properly...speclly she is getting prblm in eating salty nd spicy food..so plz suggest some medcn so dat she can overcome frm dis prblm..she bcmes so weak from 8 to 9 mnths.she can't walk or evn stand by herself...we help in her evry activity lyk sitting,toilet,eating..I will send u d pictures of her affected area plz check dem nd infrm me...thnk u..

It will be helpful if you provide additional information like is she suffering from any medical illness?
Is she on any medication?
Is there any previous medical history?

Oint Metrohex dental gel twice daily ,
Syrup Vitamin Z twice daily &
Tab Limcee twice daily.
Capsule omeprazole 20 mg once daily, before breakfast empty stomach for a week.
Probiotics like sporolac or ecobion.
I would suggest you to avoid spicy food, meat and add more fibre to her diet.
Kenacort gel for local application can be considered if above local treatment does not help. Kenacort will be effective in case of ulcers and will promote healing as well reduce pain.
Apart from this as you have mentioned she is very weak, I would suggest for few investigations like complete blood count, random blood sugar.

diabetic and thyroid ,,but in control,,dibetic random is 94 and thyroid is 5 ..../////diabetic and thyroid medicine is taken/////and,right side scapula area has a malignant tumour,radiation done,and homeopathy medicine taken .only radiotherapi no cemotherapy///////mouth problem not resloved yet?????/for D protein sugarfree and liver sliver/sugar free syrup...for hemoglobin lycostar syrup is taken...for minerel and vitamin bestonel syrup sugarfree is taken for a few days///////////Is this effective in treating mouth problem
