Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTH CARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and taken your history of having recurring mouth sores at gum level and roof of mouth for which you have taken Flucinonide that is a steroid and increased occurrences of sores when taking fruits especially pineapple..

Well, it is commonly seen that some individuals gets sores in mouth after taking citrus fruits and other citrus foods..

It can be a cause and you should limit taking these fruits to avoid recurrence..

I would also like to know a few more details so that I can guide better..

1.Do you have any medical problems or are you on any medication ?
2.Do you have a dry mouth or are you having any known allergies ?
3.Have you ever got your Haemoglobin and Vitamin B 12 levels checked ?
4.Do you experience acid reflux ?
5.Please also explain what did the physician advised you and what diagnosis was made for sores ?

Please revert back with answers..

Regards..

Was told by a specialist in XXXXXXX to use the Fluocinonide. They cleared up. My own Dr ran allergy tests @ not allergic to anything. The sores.
appear sporadically, like fresh fruit season. Have stopped them. I take thyroid, med for high blood pressure, Centrum & Caltrate, Vit B & magnesium.have regular physicals & dental appt twice a year. Have minimum of acid reflux, take 1 Nexiun in AM.just needed Otc med until I could refill prescription. Need an Ok on that. Thanks

Left you a message regarding your questions. Hope this helps. Thanks XXXXXXX
