Was in my backyard!
Brief Answer:
Monitor only for now!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If this were in your backyard, I will say monitor only for now. There is little risk for possible Lyme. This doesn't looked infected or swollen out of proportion. This redness is more of a reaction which is expected following an insect bite.
I wish you well.
