The middle mark has been there the longest
Brief Answer:
Petechiae should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for attaching images and I have reviewed all of them.
In my point of view, if these marks do not hurt or itch, common possibilities of allergy or acute infection has been ruled out. I don't find any relation with past sexual activity (occurred more than 1 year ago).
We need to rule out PETECHIAE (sign of bleeding under the skin) in this context. Insect bite and viral infection are other close possibilities.
Diabetes or high blood pressure, liver disease, or a blood condition called Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) are some of the common causes.
A complete blood count (CBC), liver function tests as well as ultrasound of the abdomen (to check the status of the liver and the spleen) are needed. It will help to pinpoint the diagnosis.
The good news is that since they disappear on their own, you may not need any specific treatment and they are not likely to be a serious health concern.
Hope I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
