Suggest Remedies For Redness On Face After Using Veet Wax Strips

I am under acne treament locally with the following medication:
1. Brity (Day cream)
2.Tretinoin cream- 0.025% (Night Cream)
3. Lyotin forte tablets - Night
Last night, i had done self waxing to face using Veet wax strips. Since then my face has become reddish and having burning sensation/ irritation on both the cheeks(Acne prone area). Even if i wash my face with plain water also the irritation is unbearable , so till now i have not applied soap but using only ice cubes/ cucumber ice cubes.
As today my doctor is not available i need suggestion to reduce my redness/irritation, as i need to attend a urgent seminar tomorrow.
Urgently suggest me a medicine to reduce my redness on my face. Kindly help me to come out of this.

I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
Tretinoin cream makes skin sensitive and prone to irritation due to waxing, bleaching etc. Therefore I suggest you to discontinue tretinoin cream and brite day cream for the time being. I advice you to apply Flutivate cream, twice daily for next 3 days. Use a gentle cleanser e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion for face wash, twice daily. This should make you skin fine in 3 days and much better for tomorrow's seminar. Thereafter you may continue with acne treatment with your doctor's advice.

I tried applying flutivate cream after face wish with cetaphil cleansing lotion, however, it seems there is little improvement in my redness.
Kindly see the attachment and suggest me, if any..
Can i apply face compact to the affected area for covering redness or can i try any daily creams before going to office...

Yes, during the day you can camouflage it with compact. Continue with just flutivate cream, evening and night, for next 3-5 days. This cream should be good enough.
