Brief Answer:
This is ringworm infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is ringworm infection which is a fungal infection.

In such cases I recommend my patients to apply antifungal cream like CLOTRIMAZOLE cream on the affected area twice daily for 3 weeks.

For itching I recommend them to take antihistaminic like tablet CHLORPHENIRAMINE 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.

I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
