Suggest Remedies For Scarring On The Left Side Head Of The Penis

I have gone to my dermatologist about scarring on the left side on the head of my penis.. At first I thought it had a pimple like appearance (when erect). Would tea tree oil be a good treatment to help ease it away? Is there any way to get rid of it?

I can understand your concern for the scarring on the left side on the head of penis. There could be multiple causes of the scar like spot on the penile area. But most commonly it is due to simple friction or mild to moderate trauma over the area. This could cause activity of the color producing cells and therefore could produce blackish spot.
Even then to confirm the same and give you accordingly best suggestions I request you to kindly send a good resolution picture of the affected area. Kindly also tell the exact time period since the spot is present and any related point which is important in context of the spot.

I'm assuming that the spot appeared around early last year.. It hadn't been apparent until then.

I have diligently analyzed the pictures. After proper analysis let me reassure you fully that the penile area is totally normal. There is no any pathological or serious abnormality in the same.
As you know that the penile skin is one of the thinnest of the skin in our body. It is so thin that even the blood vessels are directly visible. So any of the small architectural change due to friction or small trauma appears to be more prominent on this area. This can remain for months to years of period with self regression.
These kind of spots and dots are very common to find in normal conditions. This is also not related to any kind of sexually transmitted infection also. There is no need to apply any kind of cream or lotion or gel or even tea tree oil over it as can irritate the soft skin of penile area.
I suggest you to maintain a good hygiene and use protection in every sexual act.
