I read your message. High fatty diets, inadequate fluid intake, lack of physical activity,stress, hypothyroidism cause constipation.
You can take high fibre diet,plenty of fluid intake,Syp LOOZ 10ml at bed time
Perspiration(excess sweating) can be due to hyperthyroidism, anxiety, high temperature, exercise.
Please check your T3,T4,TSH levels. Once you get them done you can evaluate further.
Along with constipation do you have any other symptoms like fatique, loss of hair,dry skin etc?

You are absolutely right sir, I am very anxious person and very sensitive, Easily get stressed in small things. however could u brief as to high fibre diet will include which things?

I read your message. You can try sprouts, citrus fruits, boiled vegetables, prunes, fenugreek, flax seeds.
Try to do meditation, physical activity to relieve stress. Plenty of fluid intake is mandatory, Atleast 4-5 litres per day.
Get a thyroid profile done.
