-do you have any history of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, Hypothyroidism, high cholesterol?
-do you smoke or consume alcohol?
- do you currently have any giddiness or sweating?
-any recent accidents or injury to back or chest? Any recent surgeries?
I recommend :
-a physician or emergency physician consult right away
-an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram
-blood tests (complete blood count, blood glucose levels, cardiac enzymes, lipid profile, clotting parameters, kidney and liver function tests, TSH)
-medications to help relieve your pain and breathing difficulty. Supplemental oxygen
-chest x-ray
-urine analysis.
Based on clinical findings and results, further treatment will be initiated.
