Brief Answer:
Low salt diet/Diamox/Diuretics/Steroids

Detailed Answer:
Hi Jpazolijip,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Electrocochleography(ECOG) can help demonstrate the elevation of inner ear pressure, which reflects Meniere's disease. However, it is preferable to get an ENT examination done first, which will act as a better guide to the investigations.

Low salt diet is an important component of the treatment and you can start following it right now.On to the medications-Diuretics,Diamox and steroids are commonly used. But,its better to start them once the diagnosis gets proved.

So,for now,you can shift on to low salt diet. For symptomatic benefit, you can take vestibular suppressants like meclizine or promethazine.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
