There are many causes of hair loss and treatment depends on the cause.
The most common causes encountered by me are male pattern baldness, thyroid disorders, anemia, fever like typhoid and malaria, chronic diseases including that of the scalp, surgery, accident and certain drugs.
We will first have to exclude all these causes to find out the exact cause of your hair loss.
Moreover I would recommend you to upload the pictures of your scalp so that I can ascertain the pattern of your hair loss and can guide you accordingly,
For dryness of the scalp I would recommend you to use mild shampoo for head wash like triclenz shampoo or foliglo shampoo.
