Suggest Remedies For Severe Hair Loss, Grey Hair On Head And Chin
Question: I am experiencing hair fall and at the same time I am seeing lots of grey/white hair, Also I started to see many white hairs on my beard.
As I remember I had problem of grey hair since I was 16-17 yr old but I ignored that time. I wash my hair twice or once a week but dont use any oil for my hair.
what steps should I take to stop my hair loss and prevent more white hairs on my beard.
I dont have any pressure or tension and I work out regularly , dont eat fast/junk food, dont smoke and drink.
I live in USA , Is there a oil/hair care product would you recommend ?

I am so sorry to hear about this gray hair on the head and chin that you have reported. I understand your concern fully and for sure no youth really wants to be having gray hair as this is often associated with old age. There are no products to stop graying of hair but for constantly dyeing the hair. However, I will not encourage this. I will rather suggest that you come to terms and feel comfortable with yourself and gray hair rather than starting to XXXXXXX daily and this for the rest of your life. If you must do something, dyeing is the best option. No drug will stop this. Also, this might be something that others have experienced in your family.
In all, accept the fray hair and carry on. If you must act, start dyeing with hair products. Monitor falling to see if it stops or not as most would stop without any medical intervention.
