Suggest Remedies For Severe Headache And Fever

Question: My wife has a fever of 102 degrees and is shivering and has a severe headache but her extremities are normal. Kindly suggest what i should do.

Fever of 102 degrees with Headache and normal extremities requires
1. Clinical Examination
2. Examination of Fundus
3. Examination of Peripheral Pulses
4. Intravenous Fluids if Pulses are weak and extremities are clammy
5. Blood Culture Sensitivity
6. Ruling our Malaria / Typhoid / Dengue etc

This cannnot be managed at home
I request you to go to hospital immediately for proper medical care
