Suggest Remedies For Severe Headache

Question: Hi Doctor,

I am having a splitting headache since yesterday. This has happened mildly before. But this time it is a severe headache. I am male, 29 and physically fit. However, due to hereditary reasons, I have high blood pressure which is under control. I am precribed to take 1 tablet telmisartan h-activ 40 mg daily. I take it religiously. But now I am having some stiffness in one side of my neck and a severe headache. Can I take Dolo 650 to get my headache under control ?

Yes you can take dolo 650 for now, however you have to get evaluated by a physician to find right diagnosis for headache. But for now you can take dolo650 twice daily for two days.
