Brief Answer:
INTRA ARTICULAR INJECTIONS

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.

From your medical history,it seems that you have stage 2-3 osteoarthritis (severe degeneration of intra-articular cartilage.)

If this pain isn't responding with the measures that you have already taken,i advice you to get an MRI done to see the extent of cartilage damage.

Then you can plan for intra articular injections.

Steroid injections can provide relief temporarily while hyaluronic acid injections offer relief for long periods of time.

If these measures do not help, then knee replacement (partial or complete) is the only option.

Avoid squatting, sitting cross legged or climbing stairs as far as possible to prevent further damage to the knee cartilage.

Uplod the MRI report once you get it done so that i can guide you further.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries.

Thank you.

Kind regards.
