Can you please mention what has happen? Do you have any pain while walking? Is there any swelling, calf pain?

If its just a wound as the only reason of the pain, no need to do anything with it. Just keep it dry and clean.
If the injury was strong enough to cause a fracture, an x-ray should be done.
