Hello,
Thank you for trusting CHM
Since you have been on the medications mentioned in your history for 2 years, and it does not seem to be effective for you. the option now is switching to another medication.
Carbamazepine, valproate and newer generation anti psychotics like quietapine can be used as a mood stabilizer on bipolar disorder.
Please be advised to follow up with your psychiatrist to switch to these medications and see how effective it is for you

Hello again,
It is difficult for me to confirm the diagnosis of Bipolar disorder without complete evaluation.
Bipolar disorder is diagnosed if you have had symptoms of mania lasting at least for a week. The symptoms should be present in the absence of any effects of drugs like cocaine, meth, marijuana etc.
Symptoms of mania are listed below
-inflated self-esteem
-Decreased need for sleep, over energetic
-More talkative than usual
-Racing thoughts
-Attention is easily drawn to unimportant or irrelevant items
-Increase in goal-directed activity, Psychomotor agitation
-Excessive involvement in pleasurable activities that have a high potential for painful consequences (e.g. engaging in excess money spending, sex with strangers etc)
The episode of mania may or may not be followed by depression.
If you have experienced any such symptoms listed above, then bipolar disorder is the likely cause.
If the symptoms you are experiencing is overwhelming or if any suicidal thoughts develop I'd recommend consulting a Psychiatrist as soon as possible.
Hope I was able to help you
