Brief Answer:
Get x ray of tooth done..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

So sorry to hear about your problem and will try my level best to resolve it..

As per your complain pain in tooth occur most probably due to deep decay in tooth that has reached the nerves that are present in the center of the tooth in a small space known as Pulp chamber..
When the nerve get irritated due to infection there is severe pain..

As you have taken medicine for it that is antibiotic oflox oz that is antibiotic and zerodol this is painkiller, it is fine but for complete and permanent relief tooth needs to be treated..

My suggestion to you is get an x ray of the tooth done by a dentist and if the tooth is decayed but is in a condition to be saved ROOT CANAL TREATMENT of the tooth will be advised to you followed by capping of the tooth..

If there is Gross decay extraction/removal of tooth will be advised..

As of now if pain is severe you can take higher painkillers like Ketorolac or Tramadol..
Antibiotic that you are taking is fine..

You can also revert me back with scan of the x ray so that I can guide you further treatment..

Any further questions are welcome..

Regards..
