Please find attached photos. Thank you.
Brief Answer:
This is folliculitis, take oral & topical antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
You have developed folliculitis which is due to inflammation of the hair follicle.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral antibiotic like tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5-7 days and apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the bump twice daily for 7 days.
This should resolve in a week's time.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet

Thanks a lot. Do you mean i need to visit doctor to get medicine? Can't i directly take from medical store? What should i do to avoid this in future?
Brief Answer:
Can get these medicines from medical store
Detailed Answer:
In XXXXXXX you can get these medicines directly from the chemist shop but in other countries it is not available as over the counter medicines.
To avoid this in future either use depilatory creams or you can also use an electric trimmer keeping 1mm length of hair intact.
This will lead to less irritation of hair follicles and so less chances of folliculitis.
