Suggest Remedies For Small Red Patches On Back

Question: Hi,

I have lots of small blood like patches on whole of my back. It is similar to a parch left after the pimple goes away. I don't remember having lots of pimple on my back at any time. I am not sure what it is and please advise how to get rid of it.

Please advise.
