Brief Answer:
It seems like a Fissure-in-ano.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

It seems that you could be having an Anal Fissure. It is a small cut at the anal opening and a common condition. It usually happens after episodes of constipation due to which the anal opening gets stretched and torn. Thereafter the cut that happens pains a lot in subsequent passage of stools. Sometimes there is mild bleeding also or a streak of blood on the stool.
But there is no need to worry.

First you need to avoid constipation by having a high fibre diet and taking either Isabgol husk or Syrup Lactulose at night.
For the pain you should take Sitz bath which means sitting in warm water collected in a broad vessel which will soothe the area. Also apply Lignocaine gel on that area before and after passing stools after thoroughly cleaning the area.
The Fissure will heal on its own as long as there is no constipation.

You can also apply GTN ointment which will decrease the tone and pressure of the anal verge.
If there is severe pain you could take Tablet Ibuprofen upto three times a day on full stomach.
It would be better to get examined by a Surgeon who can confirm the presence of a fissure.

Take care and feel free to ask any queries on this issue.
