Brief Answer:
Could be allergic reaction to Nitrofurantoin

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

The symptoms you are mentioning could be due to allergic reaction to Nitrofurantoin.

A few people feel bad taste in mouth and vomiting sensation as a result of it's side effect.

However, if that is allergic reaction, your doctor would change the antibiotic and give you Avil for this purpose.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.

Stay Healthy.
