Suggest Remedies For Speech Delay In A 28-month-old Child
Question: My son is 28 months old he is not talking much just says mummy dad dads yes or no eat n just repeats few words if force him to do doesn't put two words together like give me just worried about him is that ok or he needs speech therapist he understands all commands and things we tell him to do

At the age of 2-3 years the speech of some children is not well developed. it will develop once the baby starts interacting with other children of his own age.
This is a normal variation and does not indicate a pathology. it is better to let him attend a play school and let him play with other children so that he can enjoy and start interacting. Speech therapist cant prompt the child to speak.
