Question : Hello.
I ve pain in and around my spinal cord it started on my upper back after my aerobic exercise 2 weeks ago but my lower back hurts now starting yesterday after my aerobic class. I rubbed mentholatum (pain reliver). The pain subsided bt continued.

Is there a problem with my spine, or Kidney? Cause the severity of the pain is not just as a result of my exercise.

Brief Answer:
Take TylENOL AND IBUPROFEN FOR RELIEF!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pin the you Have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and this is not suggestive of a spinal cord pain. This is more of a muscle strain from the nature and the surrounding circumstances. A combination of Ibuprofen and Tylenol should be able to resolve this. As you do these aerobics, please avoid complicate movements that you are not used to.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
Not related to the spinal cord!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

That’s typical of a pain related to muscle strain. Spinal cord pain is not related to positions ]. Also, it would have moved further down the lower limbs or arms as these are the final destination of nerves exiting the spinal cord.

I wish you well. Let me know what the final thoughts are.
