Brief Answer:
Get a USG KUBP done.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. There are two possibilities to consider. The first is the probability of a kidney cause, possibly a kidney stone. I would insist you to undergo a ultrasonogram of KUBP (kidney, ureters, bladder and prostate) to evaluate the condition and if there really is a stone. If a stone is found, the size matters. Smaller stones can be flushed out by drinking plenty of water. The second possibility to consider is the scenario of a muscle spasm which could give a similar presentation.

Please get the ultrasonogram done and share the report with me. Based on the findings I will guide you further.

Let me know if I could be of further assistance.

Regards
