Suggest Remedies For Swelling And Cyst In The Neck

Question: I have a bump on my neckline. it goes down some days then swells back upz almost feels like a cyst. Ive tried to "pop" it but its too painful to pop. Opinion?

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.

It seems like an infected cyst or a furuncle.
I would suggest an oral antibiotic e.g either amox 500mg +clavulanic acid 125mg, thrice daily for a week.
In addition i suggest you to take an oral antiinflammatory e.g ibuprofen 400mg, thrice daily for a week for pain and swelling.
Topically you may use an antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin cream or ointment, twice daily for a week.
