Brief Answer:
Lymph node enlargement can ocuur condions other than HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM back.
I saw the pictures. There is no evidence for cervical lymph node enlargement. But it could be confirmed by a palpation of the neck.
Lymph node enlargement in the neck can be due to variety of reasons like throat pathology, tooth, gum infections, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, scalp infections, Syphilis, tuberculosis, lymphomas and so many conditions other than HIV. So the presence of lymph adenitis alone could no way suggest or confirm HIV. Only the blood test can either confirm or rule out HIV infection.

Brief Answer:
The pictures revealed no genital warts.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I saw the pictures. It is not at all genital warts. What you are having, is a condition called as Pearly Penile Pappules (PPP). This condition has no clinical importance. It will be persistent, but it will not be harmful either for you or your spouse. Ignore the same.

Brief Answer:
Not genital warts and can be ignored
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I saw the picture 280 jpeg. It clearly displays two whitsh smooth pappules near the frenum over coronal sulcus. Once again I assure you that this also can be ignored and not a genital wart. In some individuals the openings of certain vestigial glands (Tyson's) will look obvious. It has no clinical importace and can be ignored. It will not do any harm to you.
