Brief Answer:
Overstrain.
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
This is overstrain.I am presuming that you have had eye checkup and your eyesight is normal. The management has to be multipronged.
Have 5minute break every half hour, when you moove eyes all around.
Use lubricant eye drops like Refresh tears eye drops 3-4 times a day.
Have proper lifestyle management, diet, exercise and rest.
Follow these principles and you will be fine.
Do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Good of you to get back to me.
Genteal is a good drop, continue with that. Eye exercises are needed with your computer work to get the circulation going and give you a break during computer work. That is where 5 minutes break will get you on track.
Supplements are always to be taken with caution and not used arbitrarily. Overdoing supplements can be damaging as well.

A normal healthy balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables is good for you.
Lasik is a safe,FDA approved procedure and no ,one is not supposed to loose eyesight after surgery. You will be subjected to a few tests to ensure that surgery is good for you.
