Suggest Remedies For Two Dark Moles On The Back

Need more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Image.
The mole with a dark brown center and XXXXXXX outline looks normal to me clinically. It is regular, symmetrical. It seems like a junctional nevus though quite big (What would be its sixe? > 5 mm or less?) It is quite normal for new moles/ junctional nevi to appear at your age as they usually increase in number during second and third decades and are more numerous in caucasians than asians. However, I still suggest a dermoscopic examination for confirmation that it is just a normal mole.
The second mole is not very clear in this Image. Is it flat?Or has a raised component? Looks quite big in size (what would be its size approx? >5 mm) and since it has changed recently, I would suggest either a dermoscopic examination Or a biopsy for histopathology. Can you upload better quality image for this mole?
As a rule, any mole which appears significantly different from the rest of moles (ugly duckling sign) should be examined and biopsied if suspicious
Regards
