Suggest Remedies For Upset Stomach With Black Stools
Question: stomach issues he doesn"t have normal bowel movements it is black and tarry he hurts all the time everywhere he has nerve damage in his back he is in constant pain what can we do about his stomach issues

As per your description, it looks like he is having Ulcer in his stomach.
He should avoid spicy foods,stop Alcohol if he is a Alcoholic, stop smoking if he is a smoker.
I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like RABEPRAZOLE 20mg twice daily along with Tablet Levosulpiride to my patients with similar complaints.
In my opinion, he also needs a Pre and probiotic capsule twice daily .
If there is no response, he should go for Upper GI endoscopy and Ultrasound abdomen.
