Brief Answer:
Investigations required

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your queries and understand your concerns. The blood IgE level needs to be checked. It might be raised. In such a case Montair LC (monteleukast + levocetirizine) taken once daily for next few days is likely to help. It is a prescription medicine and so you might need to get it prescribed by your doctor.

The allergic triggers also need to be identified and avoided.

Let me know if I could be of further assistance.

Regards
