Question : My son has vertigo and non stop diareeah and vomiting. What should I do? He is 45 yrs old

Vertigo following severe diarrhea and vomiting means that your son is going into shock because of excessive loss of water.

Please keep giving him water and right away call 911 (ambulance) and take him to the emergency room.
