Suggest Remedies For Viral Fever And Cough In An Infant
Question: my son is 1.5 yrs old and eeighs 10.3 kgs. he got viral fever on monday which continued till wednesday morning. today he has developed cough. kindly confirm if tixylix is ok to give and dosage for that. Can i give him curd to eat as he is barely eating other things but eats curd somehow.

I would suggest Tixylix in the initial stages of cough specially due to viral infections.
If your son still has fever you can give him syrp Trixil 3 ml twice daily. If the fever has subsided you can give Corico (chlorphenaramine + phenylephrine) 2.5ml twice daily. Give either of them for not more than 4 days.
