Brief Answer:
Medication, Brain imaging, electrolyte imbalance to look for organic caus
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
These hallucinations could be due to the side effects of the multiple medications that you use,for that you can visit your doctor so that he optimise your medicines according to your needs and your capacity to tolerate them,if medicines are the problem you should be fine after your doctor adjust them for you,if not other possibilities should be ruled out.
Any space occupying lesion in the brain can cause such symptoms and mostly a CT scan is helpful in such cases to rule it out.
Electrolye balance should be carefully watched specially sodium and calcium in this case.
Also if your friends or family have noticed any recent abrupt personality changes in you along with these hallucinations or if you have a positive family history for mental illnesses, you should also go for a psychiatric evaluation.
Thank you and wishing you the best of health.
