Brief Answer:
UVB phototherapy, topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi
You can consider going for UVB phototherapy for your vitiligo.
It is considered to be the treatment of choice for stable vitiligo lesions.
Multiple twice or thrice weekly sessions are required.
Apart from melbild lotion you can also use potent topical steroid like mometasone lotion on the affected vitiligo patches once daily.
This will also help in repigmentation.
It has to be used for 2-3 months but under the supervision of the doctor to monitor any adverse effects.
