Suggest Remedies For Watery Eyes Caused By Strain
Question: I use computer for about 8 to 9 hrs a day. I have a power of -3 on both the eyes off late have been experiencing strained watery eyes (little bit of burning occasional burning).
Can you suggest some eye drops that kind of soothes my eyes.

Give a break for 5 minutes every 30 to 40 minutes,when you wil l be doing eye movement exercises
lubricant eye drops like Refresh tears eye drop or tears naturale eye drops 3 to 4 times a day.
Frequent blinking,as eye tends to dry up when you are staring at the screen too intently..
As we can not curtail your computer use,lets keep you a healthy computer user.
