Brief Answer:
liver problem likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

if you've had another full blood count recently and had normal platelets count then this is an acute problem. Otherwise it's probably (the most likely scenario) due to liver injury caused by alcohol. The SGOT and SGPT values you've mentioned are extremely high and alcoholic hepatitis is possible. I suggest you visit your doctor at once for appropriate testing. If it's due to alcohol indeed then cirrhosis is also possible.

At this point stopping alcohol consumption is of utmost importance. Testing for other potential causes is also recommended (just to be sure that is). You've got to avoid any drug that may cause liver damage. Nimesulide is definitely one of them. Paracetamol has to be avoided as well.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
