Suggest Remedies For Whole Body Itching

Question: I am facin itching problems from past few weeks. Its all over the body but especially it is there at the scrotum sack n I don't itch there its just I used to pinch it hard and I can see now red areas there. My groin hips inner thighs are the main affected area though it also has impact on my hands. Its embarrasin to go to a doctor for this. Could you please suggest me for any medication if I can follow for this.

Probably you have developed scabies.
It is an infection caused by itch mite
Can you please upload a photograph of the involved area particularly scrotum.

Thanks for the follow up and photograph.
It is looking like scabies.
I treat such cases with a single application of 5 % permethrin cream.
Take bath in evening, apply this cream all over your body.
Let this cream be on your body overnight.
In morning take bath and wash all clothes in hot water.
This should help you.
