Question: My name is XXXX I have been on several sleeping meds for about 20 years and under a psychiatrist supervision. I went off some and still stayed on some without consulting a doctor. In 10 months I have lost weight about 20 pounds I am 95 pounds now. I was shaking but Larasapam helps with that. They gave me an appetite pill and thAT helped my appetite but I am not gaining weight, my ears I feel I cannot hear very well. I look terrible and don't feel that great. Could all these symtoms be the cause of going off the pills.
